Mule Deer hunts with Extreme Wilderness Adventures

We offer top quality mule deer hunts in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Alberta, Canada. Our deer hunts are in secluded areas where there is little hunting pressure.

To hunt mule deer exclusively the best time in our area is late September to early October. We have had most success when the bucks are in bachelor groups and can be hunted on their patterns. It can also always be good during the rut in November and this is a great time to add a whitetail tag for a perfect combo hunt.

We hunt muley’s mostly by spot and stalk, occasionally using blinds or tree stands. There are good numbers of Mule Deer throughout our area that we access with quads and 4 wheel drives, but if you are into a hike and maybe even a spike camp we can take you to some spots where there is a chance at a real monster.
